Support for Patients Who Are Prescribed INGREZZA® (valbenazine) capsules

The INBRACE Support Program is designed to help your patients who are prescribed INGREZZA capsules. From prescription fulfillment to financial assistance and product support, the INBRACE Support Program assists patients and their caregivers—so they can focus on treatment goals.

Patient Access Liaisons are available to educate offices on coverage policies and provide assistance during the reimbursement process.

Prescription Process

Enroll Your Patients in INBRACE® and Prescribe INGREZZA® (valbenazine) capsules

The process of enrolling your patients in the program starts with the INGREZZA Treatment Form, which both enrolls patients into the INBRACE Support Program and is their prescription for INGREZZA.

    Fax the completed form to the INBRACE Support Program (844-394-7155).

A specialty pharmacy will perform the benefit investigation and help you navigate the prior authorization process.

Once completed, the specialty pharmacy will then arrange next-day shipping of INGREZZA directly to your patient, at a location of their choosing.

Financial Assistance Information

There are a variety of financial assistance programs to help your patients fill their prescriptions for INGREZZA® (valbenazine) capsules.

  • Regardless of formulary access, 70% to 80% of prescriptions have been processed and approved1
  • In addition, ~80% of patients pay less than $10 out-of-pocket cost for INGREZZA1

For patients with government-sponsored insurance, the specialty pharmacy may be able to provide information about independent organizations and/or other resources that may help the patient.

Financial and medical eligibility requirements vary by organization.

Low-income Subsidy—Medicare Extra Help Program

If your patient has Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage and is eligible for a low-income subsidy (LIS), the copay may be as low as $8.35.2 Patients with LIS are not subject to the donut hole.

The INGREZZA Start Program is a free, one-time, one-month supply of INGREZZA for new patients.

INGREZZA Treatment Form:
If you want to request a free trial AND prescribe INGREZZA, download and complete the INGREZZA Treatment Form, which serves as both the prescription for INGREZZA and the request for the INGREZZA Start Program.

INGREZZA Start Program Form:
If you only want to request a free trial, download and complete the INGREZZA Start Program Form.

Either the completed INGREZZA Treatment Form or the completed INGREZZA Start Program Form MUST be sent to INBRACE as specified on the form and not to the specialty pharmacy.
